Clean the skin – Make sure the skin is dry and free from oil or lotion.
Cut the tape – Cut the required length and round the corners so it doesn’t peel off easily.
Apply anchor first – Stick the first part of the tape on the skin without stretching.
Stretch the middle part – Apply the tape over the muscle with light stretch (10–20%).
Finish without stretch – Stick the last part again without stretch.
Rub the tape gently – This activates the adhesive and helps it stick well.
